Recently, after arriving home from one of my many business trips, Gregory stated that he wanted a job where he could go to cool places and see cool things. Interesting how things are perceived differently depending on where you are sitting. However, it did get me thinking.
Have you ever taken a photo so you could share with someone else the beauty that you had experienced? Maybe you stood on the rim of the Grand Canyon and looked out over the grand expanse and thought everyone should experience this. Possibly it was something you saw as a child that you really want to share with your children or grandchildren. Either way, the beauty, joy
and experience made an impact on you and you want to share it with others.
So based upon those feelings that we have all experienced at some point, let me ask you this. How much more beautiful will Heaven be? Think of a musical artist you wanted to share with someone and then think how glorious the Angels must sound as they sing Alleluia to the King.
If we on this earth hold dear the things we have seen here and share with others every chance we get, then why aren't we so eager to share with others what we know of Heaven and how beautiful and wonderful it will be? Sure we can't really fathom how spectacular and glorious it will be, but we do know that we shall see Jesus and that alone far surpasses anything in this lifetime that we may have seen or experienced.
I challenge you that the next time you share a photo of nature or of the beauty of this world, that you take the time to share the story of the one who created all things and about the place that He has prepared for us!
Prayers and blessings!
